Biography
Kenneth has demonstrated immeasurable performances in the water, and at only the age of 19, has already competed against his swimming heroes Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte.
At the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai, To made himself well known to the general public with his accomplishment in qualifying for the 200m Individual Medley final. The pocket rocket of the Australian swim team, who claimed third fastest for semi-finals, clocking 1:59.02, showed the world he is well on his way to more International success for the future.
To has had success in numerous Australian swimming youth events including three gold medals at the 2010 Junior Pan Pacific Games in Hawaii and a gold, three silvers and two bronze medals at the 2010 Youth Olympics in Singapore.
Kenneth shows great potential and hopes to secure a position in the Australian team for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
